This late-1990s home sat on the perfect property, but the layout and finishes no longer reflected the way the homeowners wanted to live. While they loved the location, they struggled to envision how the existing home could be transformed to better support their family's lifestyle. After being referred to Hammer Creek Renovations by a family member, they discovered how thoughtful design could unlock the home's full potential.
Through Hammer Creeks Design-Build process, we reimagined the home from the ground up. A large family room/ sunroom addition created a stunning new centerpiece featuring exposed timber frame trusses, a vaulted ceiling, and a grand two-story stone fireplace. The interior was opened up to create a more connected and functional living experience while maximizing views of the beautiful property.
At the heart of the transformation is a designer chef's kitchen complete with premium quartz surfaces, a professional Wolf appliance suite, and a concealed walk-in pantry. A second addition provided a dedicated friends and family entrance, adding both convenience and organization to everyday life.
The result is a luxurious, open-concept home that feels entirely new while preserving everything the homeowners loved about the property. Rather than moving, they gained a forever home designed around the way they truly live.
