Originally built in 2002 by the current homeowners, this home had served their family well for over 20 years. With a desire to enhance their everyday living, the homeowners envisioned a larger, redesigned kitchen, a bright and airy sunroom, and an expanded deck for outdoor enjoyment.

Working collaboratively through conceptual designs and 3-D modeling, the team developed a plan tailored to their needs and budget. Removing the original deck made way for a spacious 515 SF kitchen featuring upgraded finishes, abundant custom cabinetry, a generous island with seating, a walk-in pantry, and a butler’s pantry. A designated table seating area, three convenient sinks, and a patio door with built-in blinds provide function, privacy, and direct access to the grill area on the new deck.

French doors from the kitchen open into a 310 SF sunroom showcasing a cathedral ceiling and expansive windows that frame views of the beautifully maintained property. From the sunroom, additional French doors lead to the new deck constructed with low-maintenance Azek decking and a sleek black metal railing.

Beneath the sunroom, a finished daylight basement has been transformed into a home gym. Exterior hardscaping was reconfigured to create access to a new storage area—an added bonus resulting from the first-floor addition.
